The Sys.Lab System features an intuitive, web-browser-like interface, making it user-friendly for most new users. As a result, extensive training is often unnecessary. However, Zersa LLC provides both on-site and online training for clients who desire hands-on learning and skill enhancement in each system and/or module.
Onsite training is conducted by your dedicated client services representative. These tailored sessions provide an in-depth walkthrough of the Sys.Lab/ERP System your organization has implemented.
Online training is delivered remotely by your client services representative using web-conferencing software. These sessions can accommodate multiple users across various locations simultaneously. Our online training is designed to offer a comprehensive virtual walkthrough of the Sys.Lab/ERP System your organization has chosen to implement. Automated remote training is also available for general users.
